Asset Safety Question

I see the asset safety wrap in the inventory window but I don’t see it in the hangar at the station of know of any way to access it. Can you advise?

I saw that. I do see the item in the inventory window but I cannot access/drag or otherwise interact with it. It doesn’t seem to be available to me. I am docked at the station - it isn’t in the hangar either.
