A few days ago while I was logging in, there was a dialogue box that popped up right after the login screen appeared. The dialogue box mentioned something about giving CCP games access to your emails and fingerprint information stored on your computer and other devices that would then be sent to the other 898 companies that CCP games is part of to enhance the overall game play.
I didn’t take a screen shot and simply closed the dialogue box out.
Is there any way to recover the dialogue box possibly stored in the cache?
Under Game logs maybe? It’s in the Documents – EVE – LOGS – Gamelogs folder on a Mac. But that only stores logs that are EVE client logs. There is no way CCP Games needs or should need your personal emails or fingerprint. I believe that’s illegal everywhere in the world anyway. So it wasn’t an EVE client dialogue box?

If your web browser was up and running, you might have some malware on there. In which case, I would look into the browser cache. I am not up to date on where every browser stores its cache, but I am sure you can find it using a Google search.
The reason I would suspect the web browser, it would be the likely candidate to abuse for such a method.

I deleted my cache after the dialogue boxed popped up. I might be able to recover the image from the temporary files though.
