About six years ago, I got suicide ganked for the first (and only) time:

This was my first true taste of PvP in EVE and it set me on the path of becoming a feared pirate myself. It turned EVE from a mere hobby into a serious addiction where I dream each night of my next kill.

Narh, he references Islam. This is an article posted by the “Video Game Master” account, he used to post the other article he spammed with on medium.
So either he is a radical that just talks like this… Or he is a parody of an Islamist radical, which is honestly worse. Wouldn’t surprise me if it is the latter. He seems to be an individual totally lacking of any moral, while simultaneously screaming “Why don’t we think of the children!?”. Despicable.
I’m surprised this character is not banned yet. Shows how lacks these forums actually are and how much is allowed.
I love the eve community, but some apples are truly rotten.

Meh, personally I couldn’t care less about which deity of choice people follow, if any.
What I do care about is it being shoved down my throat and if he is indeed intent on pursuing a platform based upon his faith then it has no place in Eve.

I got canflipped on a trail account, shot at the flipper and promptly exploded.
I learned enough about aggression mechanics that day to never get flipped, or suspect baited again.

I don’t care either. Which was why I said the parody was worse, since it’s a mockery of a whole world demographic.
I was just explaining, that his references to “God be willing” and such, are probably not references to GoT.
Anyway, taking these things to the forums are also against the forum rules. This should be a place removed of any IRL politics and religions.

This is an effort to collect evidence for the abuse of high sec against those players less inclined to do pvp. They claim high sec is suppose to be safe, so its time to make it safe.
Where are you getting this from? I’ve been playing EVE for almost 5 years now and never heard the claim that high sec is supposed to be safe.

Oh, wait, no you haven’t. You’re correct, HS is not safe. If only there were some kind of official statement to that effect…
While CONCORD forces do react quickly and with force, they do not have a mandate to protect attacked players and as such will not necessarily be able to prevent eventual losses if attackers can field sufficient firepower to destroy their targets before CONCORD can intervene. CONCORD should therefore be regarded as a force of retribution, not one of protection.

If thats not the case, why is high sec’s income lower then null? Either we remove nonconsensual pvp, or we make it make as much as null, in all activities. let me know when we have a decided answer.
I’m at a loss as to where you are getting this idea from. Your argument is “because High Sec’s income is lower than Null’s, therefore, High Sec is supposed to be ‘safe’” (whatever ‘safe’ is supposed to mean anyway).
But I must be missing something here, but I don’t know where CCP has stated anything that remotely supports that kind of idea. Would you mind explaining your position a bit more clearly?
