lets say disconnect from eve side occurs and eve reimburses what was lost. as long as it wasnt on user end. eve should reimburse. That gives user trust on the game they spend so much time in.

I feel like the real issue here is that they reimbursed at all over a simple disconnect. It doesn’t sound like there’s any reason to believe this was a server-side hiccup.

They reimburse ships already. How do they know? How or why do they do it if there is suc a long way between my pc and server?

2 days ago, lost a cirt cheap thorax in plex as a tholos approached me, it DC’d.
Wrote a ticket saying, if its my issue, point it out so i can fix it. or kindly reimburse.
So they reimbursed the ship and whatever didnt fall on it.
Can you polease explain why this was done then? and what the flipping heck in sky would fall , if they lets say, reimbursing a ship with half ass modules, reimbursed the whole thing?

that’s not necessarily correct;

‘other situations’ have historically included: if you’re noob and they feel bad for you, if your loss was very humorous or ironic, if the reimbursement is very trivial, or the GM wants to quickly close your petition and clear their queue for the day.. 
review your communication from the GM you will not see any admission of fault on ccp’s part. while it may sting, most players realize the logic in the policy, and accept the risk as part of playing an online game. you could look at it as you enhanced someone’s game play for the day gg..
This is still bad reimbursement policy if a reimbursement is allowed to be on the whims of a GM the the rules mean nothing.
they could have just said “HTFU, your alliance can replace it”.. speaking of, which alliances SRP’s reimburse loot that was in ships?
