Cyno modules should be restricted to certain ships. For e,g Interceptors and capitals and the cyno ship should not be able to use any EWar modules while using cyno.
Because Solo players have no chance fighting huge gangs of Blops and its very unfair like this. They use Bait ships in many forms and just slaughter solo players with 15-16 blops + Capitals.

also its not hard to tell what ships are and are not bait just by how they are acting beyond that you have tools like Zkill. fly smart and you’ll avoid this issue rather than needing ccp to hold your hand
