Of course if you only needed one polarized vindi that would cut the cost enough . You need more than one.

What she seems to be trying to say is that you can somehow shoot, wait out the 15 minute criminal timer, jump in another polarized Vindi and go shoot again. Wait out the criminal timer. Rinse repeat.
Thus, only 2 accounts, but multiple ships.
It cant work. It’s just not possible to do.
I did not say a single DPS ship. Please stick to the exact words I used. Of course you need several DPS ships. But the bumper can keep the freighter tackled between criminal flags expirations. and the vindi has enough fitting room to add a 500mn+point+double web. now since the bumper can put the freighter out of previous aggression(I think it’s 150 km), you don’t even need to make concord despawn. and the shield of a freighter is lower than the damage dealt by the vindy, meaning the vindi will just grind through armor at each aggression.
THAT is all you NEED in term of accounts to gank a freighter. Of course it will take time and money. Note you can do it with a mega, or maybe taloses to reduce the cost - but require more aggressions.
edit : yes a talos has 10 high turrets, a vindi 11 so I’m pretty sure a talos can do it too. just the webs won’t be as strong.
High Sec space puts limits on aggression, specifically time limits based on security status, with CONCORD destroying the ships initiating aggression.
The server has no way of determining if a bump is an accidental collision or an intentional and aggressive act. This creates a loophole that is being exploited.
We have been over this. Feel free to provide an argument about how tackle isn’t aggression, but stop acting stupid.
