Ban for nothing! 10 years of playing for nothing!

Guys, first of all he is trying to get to EN GM’s to let them review the case.
Second, playing 10 years in this game means something, and using some cheat or macroses are so unwise and careless than nobody gonna do so, his char has so many SP that i think 1 or 2% of players only have, so it’s absolutely unbelievable that somebody gonna use some “macro”.
On a video we can see how his connection behave when he touch the cable and how the game reacts on this, so i am certantly believe that this ban was made by carelessness mistake of GM’s.
@CCP_Arkanon @CCP_Paragon please redirrect this message to review the case. I know your politics doesn’t let other players to get involved to, but i think this is an exeption.

How do you know an EN GM didnt review the case already?

People say the same about those who cheat when doing speedruns for video games. The fact of the matter is, people cheat, and people cheat when they think they can get away with it, and people cheat because they think they deserve it. Doesnt matter how long youve been playing, people still make stupid mistakes, because people are stupid.

Except that im sure the GMs can see the backend, including poor connections. You dont think a video game company can see a ping of a player, when a player can easily do so himself?

The fact of the matter is, we dont know what happened. For all you know, this guy is a cheater and trying to use this as an excuse to try and avoid getting banned.

What exception? What are you talking about?

I mean, its mighty suspicious that a character that hasnt posted for 4 years suddenly starts posting, but you forget that he was already banned before. Funny how he never seemed to realize or follow up with what happened back then, and outright forgot about it until now.

what speed run?
what nonsense??
Dear, stop with hard drugs!

Am I to blame for my bad internet connection?
Who am I kidding?

hey…
what scammer?
I repeat for the second time, stop with hard drugs

for the especially gifted.

I have a character from the age of 2012, I played physically sitting at the computer all these years.
To be more precise, 10 years.

your accusations are not supported by anything, and I ask you to refrain from such nonsense.
Otherwise, I can again advise that you need to quit …

Google translate is failing you.

I never said scammer.

Again, google translate is failing you.

So, a 10 year old player should never be banned?

Neither are yours.

SAD STORY! I FEEL BAD FOR YOU!

took almost 20 years, thats long enough.

Well, CCP don’t really want customers anyway, they have a “we will never unban you” attitude, so CCP looks like they’re ban hammering their way to bankruptcy. CCP is welcome to keep their “attitude”, a company cannot exist without customers.

CCP → sent to the abyss after being purchased by pearl abyss?

The final cherry on top would be to ban hammer Linux gamers. We will finally get to see how many run Linux.

What a magical post, had a good laugh at it. Reminds me of reading the VAC ban section of the Steam forums.

People would come up with the craziest stories to try convince random forum users that their big red VAC ban shown on their public profile is completely false and that they are innocent. Similar to how everyone in jail claims to be innocent as well.

Even more funny is that usually they were exposing their wrongdoing in their very own forum post or replies to comments. If anyone wants some laughs similar to this thread I recommend visiting the related section of Steam community…

Sometimes just running DXVK is enough to get you a ban on games. That’s the Linux Vulkan DirectX translation layer.

I was replying to the OP, you would receive a notification if I was replying directly to your post. Like now.

if it is not visible, I ask that everything be checked thoroughly by more competent CCP employees.

And I really won’t get tired of repeating that - I’m not guilty.

Clearly in the 3rd video with comments about the time what happened to the main account (the only one)

That there was a 3-day ban after such problems.

Then the Internet worked fine for 2 weeks. And here again similar brakes with the subsequent ban.

And I ask you to check these brakes very strongly and compare them with the so-called macros.

did you get banned because you used wine?)))

You trying to convince us other players is pointless. We can’t do anything. You can ask in your support ticket on the support portal to escalate your case to a senior GM. I suspect you already did that but whatever. You can also directly email CCP. Here nobody can help you besides pointing this fact out and directing you to the support tickets to handle your case where it can be replied to by a support rep.

Videos and other pretend evidence prove nothing. CCP has the logs and only they can verify if you cheated and how or what is the actual reason for your ban and nobody else can verify those details. Anyone can fabricate videos, screenshots and other stuff that is why usually no game company accepts them at face value and rely on their server side logs instead.

If my suspicion is true and CCP already investigated your case thoroughly and found you have cheated or broke the EULA in some other way then that’s it and no amount of spamming the claim you are innocent will change that. If you haven’t asked for an escalation of your support ticket then you can do that on the support website and see how the investigation goes. That’s all.

Russian GMs answer there.
But as far as I know, Russian GMs are not competent guys.
Therefore, I see no reason to write there.
The more native CCP GMs notice this, the better.
Maybe someone will take it.

Really 10 years sitting at the computer playing, did not sleep at night.
The character is the only one I’ve ever played.

That probably doesn’t help your defence.

Did you ask your ticket to be forwarded to an english language GM? Or did you write an english ticket and ask that if a russian speaking GM handles it to forward it to the english language support department instead?
