Thats because that is how the math actually works, a 50% reduction in cycle time is a 100% DPS increase, they use it correctly

Couldnāt find where to post feedback about the bastion changes, so Iāll just post here.
I tried to run a couple of L4ās in the Paladin and Kronos on test, and while the dps is amazing, cap sustain on especially the Paladin suffers quite a lot - even more so if you have to use a mwd for the missions that require travelling between gates.
I recommend CCP take a second look on the capacitor of these two ships before the changes go live.

The only way I can see the Paladin being viable now is by using an afterburner instead, and dedicating one of the mids to a cap battery, one of the lows to a power relay, and one of the rigs to a CCC. If you use an AB, MJD, and TC + cap battery, you donāt have great tracking, but the raw DPS bonus might offset that.
CCP already said, they will fix the cap problem with ROF bonus.

Now we have to actually see if they do a full 50% cap reduction also, or if they leave it worse off than before with a 10% buff to base cap or something.

I donāt know why CCP seem to exclusively participate in customer interaction on reddit, rather than here. (I mean I can appreciate why, that reddit is more active, but any updates should probably be noted in the patch announcement)

The cyno beacon is focused on non-combat travel and we will make it squishy enough that on-grid combat uses arenāt viable (recon cost has been a major pain point since the cyno change and this deployable is a cheaper option).
Sad, that this information will not provided here.
But exactly this type of beacon is want I want.

CCP wishes they could throw out crap programming over and over again and subs would just go up by 100k every month. Shame theyāre being held accountable, sort of. But what better way to dodge accountability than to outsource moderating their own forums to volunteer in the form of the ISD, or else just making volunteers on reddit do it. Shameful.
