Is CCP going to replace the POS module BPC’s dropped at these sites to modules or BPC’s that are used with the Citadels or Faction Stations when the conversion is implemented?

Good question, personally I like to think they will.
If anything it’ll at least keep the rage down to a minimum.

Maybe the Besieged Covert Ops sites can be used as a new means of dropping Sleeper and Drifter loot as well seeing as how the Sleepers are everywhere scanning things down and could have possibly been caught by the Guristas that then did experiments on them.

I think if going by existing lore, it would be Sansha’s Nation that would do that. Mostly because they have the Tech to create w-holes and the fact that Sansha Kuvakei does experiments with brain washing and cybernetics.
