Black Troops armor bug?

Hello there!

I have bought in Jita Black Troops Male armor and used it with my other toon. But after a small period of time my new portrait refreshes to an old one. I tried to make a new portrait, log off and wait (I thought it might save it) but still the problem exist, unfortunately. Does anybody know how to repair that issue?

Does it save other changes, for example a stock clothing item?

UPD: No it doesn’t affect stock clothing
