I would assume you’d have to run the Guristas (gas signature) combat/hacking sites for those. See https://eve-files.com/media/corp/jowen/atap_booster_production_v1.2.pdf , assuming most of the information in that guide is still valid. For strong version bpc’s that most likely means running the highest difficulty levels. Drops are randomized.
