Bonuses on sisi

I was looking at the new refineries on sisi.
Does anyone know how the bonus is calculated.

Lets say we have a Athanor with T1 rigs in high-sec. Will it then be calculated this way:

(base+bonus) x security x implant x reprocessing x reprocessing_efficiency x ore_skil
ie.
(51%+4%) x 1 x 1,04 x 1,15 x 1,1 x 1,1 = 79,59%

or

base x security x implant x reprocessing x reprocessing_efficiency x ore_skill x bonus
ie.
51 x 1 x 1,04 x 1,15 x 1,1 x 1,1 x 1,04 = 76,76%

seems while bonuses show up on sisi they don’t work yet.
