[BosAc] Skarkon II SITREP

I will not continue a discussion that is not with me here, but where my position is assumed to be that of someone in another venue in the past.

Again; the explanations why Bosena Accords is now helping the triglavians finish their conquest of a Minmatar world are certainly better directed to the people who invited them in than myself. My position regarding their choice is simple: all invaders must die.

Fair enough. I hope your ‘friend’(I don’t think he is actually your friend here, I sincerely doubt he’s much a friend to anyone) the newly minted Valklear General Efrit doesn’t continue to actively impede evacuations as he and his security contractors have tried to in the past.

He is no friend of mine.

Well, there’s some common ground at least on that.

If you have a preferred destination for outbound flights after they exit Skarkon, please let me know so they can be routed there safely.

Our refugee camp is still in Gelfiven and likely will be for some time.

then that will be where further UNF evacuations will make effort to outlet herein.

You’re not providing great incentive for us to trust you when your structure continues to live but by our good graces and good faith, dummkopf.

Considering Elsebeth has over a decade’s worth of reputation as an honest diplomat, and you’ve got… a bunch of claims the people you make them about dispute, and a history of attempting to assassinate people and then bitching that they shoot back…

Eat my ass.

Galm, shut up.

Heh.

Trust me about what? You can trust me to do what I’ve said I’ll do and to stick to any arrangements I’ve made.

No more, no less.

Here, there’s no need for you to trust me to do anything, because I have not made any arrangements with you. All arrangements relating to not pressing the armor timer are between a potetial buyer and Stribog. Neither you nor me are party to them.

I am party to both, as a diplomatic intermediary between both parties that helped convince both not to push the armor timer as both are our coalition members.

Someone didn’t do their homework before talking out their arse.

Galm, again, I reiterate, shut. The. Ever loving ■■■■. Up. As a friend, I highly encourage this course of action.

Don’t lie to me in diplomacy.

He won’t. He can’t.

Warden, I would like to remind you that our goal is and should remain the preservation of mortal life and the defense of the world from entities hostile to the populace.

For the past several days, our ground forces have been engaging Svarog’s forces in an ongoing…“proving”…effort. Proving by combat is one way for us to buy time and shield the remaining mortal populace from the Svarog forces until we can get them out, until we’ve…what? “proven” ourselves to the Trigs and by extension proven those mortals whom we defend, or until the situation otherwise changes.

I can say this, my days of being skeptical of the Triglavians are certainly coming to a middle. I for one will continue to fight them until such time as I can guarantee the safety of our charges from them. I don’t much care if that’s in the form of them acknowledging us as “proven,” the complete annihilation of the local Triglavian forces, the repatriation of the world or system as a whole back to it’s legal rulers, or some other situation change. Again, I will keep fighting until such time as either I no longer need to fight or am once again unable to do so.

Our forces should not have been involved in the attack on the station, however much strategic sense it makes to limit the potential threat it posed. other avenues had not yet been exhausted. Admitedly I should have played greater attention at the time and spoken against such a plan, as such I too am at fault for such inattentiveness and inaction.

Elsebeth Rhiannon both has a reputation behind them, but more than that we have seen their actions with our own eyes Warden. Their word is good. It is possible they are mistaken, or may not have the full picture on everything on which they are speaking, but I believe they speak to the best of their available knowledge.

Tensions are high, a likely premature engagement was made because of it. We are most fortunate that loss of mortal life was not a factor in these engagements in space, and that a pause at the least has been put on this madness. That said I would still urge caution before putting more mortalives at risk, to much blood had been spilt and too much more will need to be shed before this is over. Let us make sure we are not adding to it unnecessarily

Threat?

The only reason why I would be a threat to you is your choosing to align yourselves with the invaders of Skarkon against me.

By making a pre-emptive strike you have caused the hostilities you wanted to guard against.

First of all, I’m not lying. Is it so hard to believe I’m a successful diplomat when I’m not dealing with an squawking shitbird?

■■■■■■■■. For an attack in which exactly one of our members participated in stripping the shields off one of your structures? An act that resulted in exactly zero casualties and all follow up strikes were subsequently called off in good faith only for you to quickly change your tune the moment its no longer reinforced?

Complete cowardly horse ■■■■. You know what I think? I think you’ve been looking for a casus belli to strike at us for a while now and now you think you have it and the whole world won’t call you out on it. I think regardless of whatever words I used you already decided what you were going to do here. To reiterate: eat my whole ass.
