But i don’t currently know if this is an issue or a bug that I’m asking for something to help improve it.
The issue i have is that the red spheres in the probe window often appear rather dark in contrast and aren’t always easy for me to pick out.
However as can be seen in the attached screenshots the brightness also appears to fluctuate (even if I have the sphere selected) - am I being stupid and doing something that causes them to be darker normally and then for some reason getting one to appear much brighter?
In both of these screenshots the signature was the one I had selected - I haven’t changed brightness or contrast settings in the client or on my machine. It is very rare that I come across the spheres being as bright as they are in the first image - they are normally the same contrast and brightness as can be seen in the second image
I wish that the spheres were always the brighter contrast that is seen in the first image rather than the second image.
thanks for taking a look on your side, that’s a shame in which case - i would really appreciate the brighter / higher contrast spheres but appreciate that it may not be everyone’s taste.
No shot, Sherlock. That’s what the OP said from the beginning. However, this bug should be the default, not an error that only happens to the lucky few.
The question is whether the second or the first picture’s brightness is the bugged version. The OP assumed the second, even though he said the first’s brightness is rare, while I thought the first was the bug, which is the opposite of what the OP said.
For me it more often occurs that the sphere is the darker / lower contrast.
I would really appreciate it if the first image (the brighter one) was the norm and I could have sworn that a few years back the brighter / higher contrast spheres in the top picture were the norm (although I’m into my mid 40’s now and often find myself questioning what i “remember”).
