Bring back a mechanic

Hi,
Could you please bring back the bounties mechanic alive ?
I have some to put on.
Have a nice day
Flight safe,
Neoxyde

I wonder why they removed it  Even if it didnt work as intended, it still had charm.

They have also changed Hek from 0.5 to 0.6 or 0.7 lately which makes it less charming

Well hek is in the rookie systems as well so.

Bounties were removed for nullsec tidi lagfests

Curious how bounties caused lag and if CCP has considered disabling player on player collision to reduce lag. Other MMO does it but off topic. Sorry

It isn’t. If you had bothered to take a look at the link I provided you would have noticed Hek isn’t on the list of Minmatar starting systems. It has no agents and PvP is allowed there.
Stop posting false info. You’re a veteran.

Hek is up to .7 due to the pirate faction war stuff that is currently happening, couple other systems have raised as well. Pretty sure they’ll drop once this expansion is over

The continuing chaos brought upon by the Pirate Insurgencies has encouraged the Gallente Federation to carry on with their security audits, with Villore’s rating increasing further to 0.7. Navy strongholds, installations, and outposts have been constructed in Arnon and Parchanier to increase their defensive power as well, raising their security to 0.7.

The Minmatar Republic, in response to the Angel Cartel insurgencies, has similarly built military facilities in Hek, raising its security status to 0.6.

2023-11-30.1

Security audits continue throughout core Gallente space, with CONCORD reporting that the security ratings of Villore, Arnon, and Parchanier have all increased to 0.8. Bereye, the Federation’s Judicial Branch capital, received an increase in Federal garrison numbers and saw its security rating rise to 0.8 as well. In the Minmatar Republic, Hek’s security rating rose to 0.7 as RSS paramilitary police troops arrived in large numbers.

Unless the corruption mechanic changes, these sec status changes are here to stay. Both Arnon and Hek are important systems for the Epic arc.

Not even talking about SOE epic arc.
Hek is not a starter system. Period.
And you know it.

And the initial claim was that Hek is a rookie system, not a starter system.

Hek is in the list of rookie systems made by CCP. Period. And you know it.

All you have to do is read the text in that image he posted. It looks pretty official.

Regardless, this is off topic from the original post.

That doesn’t mean anything.

All you have to do is click on the link I posted.

Hek is a “rookie” system to you all, whatever that means.
To me, it has no starter agent so it isn’t a starter system. And that’s that.

In the general case, yes. In Eve, the definition is the one provided by the game developer, and is present in the link that you were linked.

No, your link is off topic. Nobody cares about it being a “starter” system.

Many words to cover your ignorance.

Your post is off topic.

I simply stated in terms of rookie griefing, hek is among the rookie systems since the SoE arc runs through it. I never said pvp wasnt legal there. I assumed where its apart of the arc system is why the status went up.

Not all noobs run the arc but majority of “new” characters are new people running them. After 30 days if you wanna steal their mission ■■■■ go ahead.

I was just making a passing by observation about the location of hek and the soe arc.

I cannot believe this is real.CCP is asking people not to grief instead of designing the game so much so that griefing isnt widespread.

they did the same thing with the recent exploit. instead of fixing it, they just put it on the list of bannable stuff essentially asking players not to do it. What is the exploit? Manipulating the value of an item, then destroying it, and collecting the equivalent LP from the kill mail.

Here is the funniest part, NOONE PVPs for LP, thats not whats interesting about kill mails. So they could fix the exploit by not awarding LP on kill mails. But they will not do that. Rather have cross their fingers and spend precious time investigating everyone and undoing their damage every time the exploit is used. Sad?
