Each race use to have a mining bonus ship. Bring back the bonus’s
This will allow a ship better then a venture to go into low sec and wh mining. But not as much isk as an exhumer. Thus creating content.

You’re describing a Mining Barge.
Even when each Faction (they’re all human) had their own mining cruisers, no one used them because an Apoc or Rokh with 8 mining lasers was vastly superior for a few hours more training.
Probably so alphas can do it
