Yup, still selectively buying, though not in the starter/extractor character SP range.
Margins are too tight in the Injector Farming industry right now to justify investment in extracted farm toons. A 5 billion ISK extracted toon would currently take about 4 years to pay back. As farm toons, they’re not worth the cost of transferring them. Your market would be buyers seeking good, playable “starter” characters, especially those with decent names and looks, strong standings, desirable implants, extensive skill book collections, etc.
