I don’t know, after the server update I can’t log into my account, or rather, I can but in a tricky way, but on the main screen is what I showed you in the photographs. Support is also not responding or even responding. If you remove the cache and the game, nothing will change. If you log into another account in the launcher, everything is fine. If I log into my account from another launcher on another computer, everything is fine.
I think those guys are a myth.

If I were you I would create a bunch of email accounts and flood support with requests until they reply.

That would suggest the issue is on your original computer, not the account. Did you try removing the account on the launcher, and then re-add it ? Sounds like some file got corrupted.
There’s a few things you can try, like the above. Also, re-installing the launcher itself could be helpful, instead of doing a complete re-install of EvE + launcher. I’d reckon you just block too many ports or services so the starting process doesn’t work properly. EVE doesn’t work on a fortress, and the other way round you definitely shouldn’t install any games on heavily guarded hardware.
