Due to the fact that logs and screenshots are easily altered, we unfortunately cannot accept player statements, chat logs or screenshots as definitive evidence for these cases.

If the OP keeps spamming GMs he probably suffered a temp ban meaning no access to their accounts

So if their logs show differently then the OP needs to HTFU

I asked the guys selling accounts, they said that I don’t have a ban and have never seen anything like this.

That’s the point: I have nothing to hide and I told and showed everything in this post, for example. The ban was not announced - it is announced according to CCP rules. I didn’t have this in my email or in the Launcher.

I gave a video of the bug and described the whole situation, I gave a screenshot of where my ship was at the time of the explosion, I cannot fake it in any way - it was filmed right during the 30-minute Anomaly timer and video too.

I did a little programming and recorded the installation history of EVE on my PC, where does it write, I cleared all the places that it marks from the Steam launcher and after that I deleted all traces of it manually and Voila

I regained access on my own, unfortunately support never responded to me. Thank you for your activity under this post!
