It would be nice to have a way to work up to the burner missions other than googling for fits or jumping on the test server. What if there were burner missions for the level 1-3 agents? The challenge could be scaled based on the expected meta level of the modules needed. Say level 1 could expect to use meta 1-4 items with lower skills, level 2 meta 1-4 with higher skills. Then level 3 could go to meta 5 T2 gear, but without super expensive fits required.
no.. burners should stay at L4’s so alpha’s don’t have access to the extra isk they provide.

What’s the point? The current Burner missions are already equivalent to levels 1–3 (doable with frigates and cruisers). They’re meant to be just as challenging as they are now.
If you want lower Meta levels or skill requirements, you can simply run the standard level 1–3 missions.
Do you really want missions as hard as the default Burner missions but with lower rewards? Again, what’s the point?
