Do you have remaps, and are you on perception/willpower now? 20b? This is a caldari toon without shields or missiles.

I found some other char that does drones/missiles as I like, but is inactive. Has shields and missiles trained, and not 7m of sp in scanning and t3. I intend to do FW, and it just may be the most pointless place to have scanning skills in. I offered him 25B, but he hasn’t replied yet. He has 34m sp, and skills better invested. This is a WH char with t3 and scanning.
