For over 13 years now, Caldari Corn Paste has long been supplying the State and adjacent territories with some of the finest Corn Paste made with the finest grains this side of Domain. Young and old appreciate such flavors as 37 Gamma Rays, Luminescent Lumiere, and Apricot. And fear not, we will keep offering new and inventive flavors for many years to come as demand continues to ever grow!
But, my friends. Something has been nagging at me for many years now. When incorporated, the ‘ticker’ Caldari Corn Paste was forced to choose was CLCRN. An apt abbreviation but not the desired three letter, quick and snappy, CCP. As I was informed by CONCORD administrators that said ticker was already claimed by some minor preexisting company. Which probably doesn’t even serve good paste. The shame.
However! It has come to our attention recently that this ticker might be free! So, I applied to the Authorities on the matter and they said despite no longer being in use, it was still claimed! Drats! Well, we will push on. It might be time to move forward…
Moving forward to what, you may ask? Well! It just so happens there is a likely merger coming up in the future! Due to ongoing talks with suppliers and merchants in the Sinq Laison, it is entirely possible we will be merging with a few large food entities in the Federation. A potential new name being discussed is Federal Corn! We hope that such a name will not encounter similar problems in ticker acquisition with the Authorities.
This is just all currently thoughts and talks, nothing is set in stone. I know many of our loyal customers in the State and adjacent territories might view this as some sort of betrayal. This is the last thing I wish for any to think. Despite this not being the land of my birth, you have all welcomed me and my product into your ships, stations, and lives. I do not treat that lightly, my friends. I will forever be on your side. You can count on that!
