You can’t choose an NPC corp. You will remain in the starter corp until you join a player corp. If you leave that player corp, you will be placed in a different NPC corp based on your bloodline. In your case your school is University of Calle and the default corp for your bloodline will be Aliastra. https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/NPC_corporations
