I fly from lowsec to Jita and when i must jump from Tama to Nourvukaiken the gate didnt worked. The camp that was on the gate destroyed my ship. Somebody know why the gate didnt worked?
You probably got Lanced by a T2 Dread. This particular dreadnought weapon prevents gate jumping, warping and so on. It is never ever a good idea to warp straight to the Nourv gate in Tama. Always use gate ping spots or at least the structures on the gate grid.

If you look at the recent kills that happened at the Nourvukaiken gate in Tama:
You will notice a common factor: two pilots in a Hubris T2 dreadnought were camping that gate for quite some time.
As Dyver said, you probably got lanced.
A T2 Dreadnought has a lance that deals area of effect damage in a line. Any ship hit by that lance cannot jump or dock up for some time.
If it’s any consolation, both the Hubris pilots lost their ships a little later when Fraternity dropped them with Redeemers:

I doubt they intentionally shot each other, but as the lance is an area of effect weapon aimed at whoever was trying to take the gate, it’s not surprising that one of them hit the other.
Of course 
Thermal Disruptive Lance works like s smart bomb all around or works to a direction?
