When trying to upgrade my account from Alpha to Omega (lapsed today) cannot chose payment method. Only allows me to choose card type. Not enter account number etc and checkout fails. I would like to renew but CCP is not allowing me to actually PAY to play this game. Weird bug I’d say…

I am having this exact same issue. I’m glad I’m not the only one because I’m pulling my hair out. The page doesn’t give you the option to enter your card details or choose a saved payment method. It simply asks you to choose card type and enter your Billing address. No card number, nodda.
Tried Edge and Chrome. Incognito and with/without VPN.
At least 3 of my corpmates have confirmed it is the same for them. They use other payment methods so would never have thought to look.
I’m adding my voice to the noise in the hopes that CCP notices…

Yep, having the same issue. Select item - select payment type, no option to enter card details, fill in address - responds with “Payment authorization failed…”. Tried many time over the last few hours. Disabled all extensions, cleared cache, different browser. Definitely have funds. Literally sat here saying “Take my money”! Frustration levels high.
Still experiencing the same issue. I’ve never seen a company so unwilling to take someone’s money.
Have any of yall actually reported it to them (not here but as a bug report?)
I have 2 support tickets opened yes.
Update: My payment went through automatically overnight. I guess there was something wrong with the credit cards on file and the authorization service. Makes me wonder if that portion of the system is safe or working properly. My sub expired on the 11th and was set to auto-renew.
