Don’t really know…sounds like either a broken operation system or a hardware failure…the vanishing files i mean…whatever that is… So think about the usual stuff…reinstalling the computer…trying another internet connection, maybe with your mobile phone…try it on a second computer…change the harddriv…

You haven’t stated the operating system you are using. If by chance it is macOS, then they acknowledged an issue today and fixed it. [image]

Unfortunately, I’m on windows. It fixed the problem…only temporarely. As soon I closed the launcher, the problem returned. I opened a ticket, I just hope the support will tell me how to fix this crap.

I am getting something similar, just started about 5 minutes ago. Cleared cache, due to slow running in game, and cannot log back in. Nor access my account page.
