We’re currently seeing problems with the SSO that is under investigation - this is likely to materialize as an issue with logging in via the EVE launcher.
I will update this thread with more information as the investigation continues.

Update 21:06 UTC: Further investigation has revealed that the authentication database is currently down, so logins are failing because credentials can’t be verified against it. Further investigation is continuing.
21:12 UTC: A resolution has been implemented, and we are starting to see initial logins succeed again. We will continue to monitor.
21:32 UTC: We’re seeing a return to near baseline levels; we’ll continue monitoring for any potential recurrence, but will conclude this report for now.
I had to put in a ticket because three of four Omega characters turning in their 12th day opportunity reward did not receive the 150,000 skill point Omega reward. All other rewards were received. Just a heads up for others that might have experienced weirdness during this outage.
@CCP_Zelus Thanks for the info. Are you sure it’s fully resolved? I can’t sign in. The launcher won’t accept the verification code that it emails to me.
I don’t think this is resolved or the problem is returning. Login takes up to 3 - 4 minutes. Once in feels like I’m in tidi everything is delayed. Especially jumping through gates. Takes a full minute or two to complete with a dozen or so outstanding calls.
