I cannot open any support tickets, and none of my emails to eve support /help center are being returned. i have been emailing regularly since the end of November.

when i try to log into the help center, i get this error code. Error Reference Code: 62be0321-8043-48d4-a3de-885c70b91347

Trying here because i dont know what else to do

Thank you

Log into your account like normal and click support then check activity as it might had already been answered.

I too thought that we had a separate log in for support but apparently the other day when I needed support I had used my normal pilot account log in credentials and afterwards clicked support and was able to start a new ticket along with reviewing past correspondence.

Use a different browser, log in via that one. See if that helps.

Delete Cookies from your browser and open the site in a new tab. That sometimes helps with restoring access/functionality to websites.

Any emails to support has to sent from your email on file.

If xxx@gmail is your everyday email

But yyy@yahoo is your eve online account, then you have to send ccp support emails from yyy@yahoo

when i log in and go to support, it redirects me to help center and when i try to open a ticket i get this

Have you tried logging in a different account?

all accounts are tied to the one email, all have the same problem.

i dont have any other accounts/emails

Then create one, takes like 30 seconds. See if that one works.

On the same LAN? Do you have in place some network ad-block or other DNS/traffic filter platform (e.g., router-based, Pi-hole, etc.)?

In your browsers, do you have any content-filtering plugins (e.g., Adblock, Noscript, Privacy Badger, etc.)? If so, try disabling them for *.eveonline.com.

Have you tried configuring (temporarily) one browser to use secure DNS (i.e., DoH/DoT), and either use Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)? This might help if your local resolver is the issue.

Have you tried connecting to the support site over VPN?

Did you try the second link in the screenshot, the one to continue on to the Help Center anonymously? Did that work or redirect you also?
