Can't add cargo to ship

. Problem is I see no cargo hold. Search indicates it is not available. So where is it and why is it hidden when I am at an instructor screen?

sorry but it seems to me that you don’t know where is the cargo hold. Then it won’t be a cache problem.
As requested can you show us a screenshot?
