Can't log in - can't connect to TQ

I’m a returning player, just downloaded and installed updates to launcher and game. When I start the launcher it works fine, news appears, characters, etc. I can even see the number of players online on TQ.

When I click “play now”, the game launches but after several seconds it displays an error that it cannot connect to the specified address. When I click OK, next to the “connect” button at the bottom it shows:

Tranquility
Could not connect to tranquility.servers.eveonline.com on port 26000

I have verified files, restarted my PC and even disabled the firewall. Nothing seems to work. I tried to ping the address and the console shows:

Pinging d638e439e07f413c97200d057e5ebd05.pacloudflare.com [172.65.201.188] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.

I’m running Windows 10 if it matters.

The ping is likely derouted.

Under launcher settings → Tools, you can try enable Loglite and see if it provides any information.

Thank you, this is the output from Loglite:

<pre>/carbon/common/script/net/machoNet.py(1861) ConnectToServer
<pre>/carbon/common/script/net/SocketGPS.py(192) Connect
address = 'tranquility.servers.eveonline.com:26000'
e = error(10060, 'A connection attempt failed because the connected party did
not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed
because connected host has failed to respond')
host = 'tranquility.servers.eveonline.com'
port = 26000

Doesn’t really provide any useful information, unfortunately. The last time I successfully logged in was over a year ago.

Turns out after a recent firmware update, my router’s firewall had been set to “high”. The firewall log showed several packets blocked at the time of my connection attempt.

I fowarded the port and it connected successfully.
