today got a problem with login and adding account in launcher. Game does not start after push “Play now”.
Game already checked, updated, another accounts have same result.
now i fully delete game and start installing from zero.

Im getting the same issue
It looks like others have the same problem, so don’t delete the game and install it again.

I have somehow similar issue. Basically had to kill one of the clients. After that I tried logging in, got usual message about token (ffs) so I removed my account and tried re adding it again. Now after I type my credentials it shows me a spinner and after 5 seconds … nothing. It’s not adding the account. CCCP please it is almost 2025 fix your ■■■■ of hire capable developers. Gettin the same issue
Looks like authentication server is ■■■■■■. Removed all accounts from launcher. Now I can’t log to any… 
Issue has magically fixed itself… I’m able to now log in… is the same for others?

- Verified game files
- Removed unused files
- re-added/verified accounts
- restarted pc & wifi
Ive just tried again and it is letting me login… temp fix or actual fixx i dont know

This could be a cloudflare issue as well.

Same happened to me last night so I sent a help ticket. Got a response about an hour later saying they were aware of the issue and fixed it. I was able to log in normally a few minutes after that. No idea what the actual problem was but they fixed it for me after submitting my ticket.
