Can't Spin Ship While Docked

So I read that players could spin their ships in dock but when I try it’s only the camera that goes around it, the ship doesn’t spin.
Is that a bug? How can I spin my ships?

Moving that camera around is called ship spinning.

Yep, from their frame of reference the world is spinning around!

I wonder if those kids also see a number go up in their field of view when you spin them hard enough…

No it takes i think 10 spins before it shows up
