Every time I go to use a skill extractor it gives me an error and tells me that my account is under lock from the security team. No idea why this is the case, I haven’t logged in since the new mirror until now.
There is nothing folks on the forum can do about that - submit a bug report in-game on Sisi for assistance, as the GM team who handle support tickets do not address Sisi issues.
