Skill extraction error: Cannot extract skills from any toon on any account - error message: restriction on you account , contact the security team

I have had this and my other account for 12+ years. I have recently decided to extract a few useless skills from one of my characters to inject into another. When I try to use an extractor, I get a message that there are restrictions on my account (both accounts), contact security team.

I have never been banned on either account, never botted, never received any warnings or anything. I was inactive for a while and needed to recover my accounts but that was months ago. I recently spend over a bil isk on injectors only to find out I cannot use any of them on any of my accounts. I am trying to move sp from one toon to another on the same account, not even my other account. For what reason would such a restriction be placed on my account/s? If you review my account/s, you’d see I have been an exemplary player the entire time.

It would be nice if there was some kind of notification that a player/char cannot use skill extractors BEFORE they spend their rl $ or isk to purchase them or make available in the account details that such a restriction is in place and why. It was also very difficult to find any information on this that wasn’t 5+ years old and everything I did find states it is a punishment for botting, rmt, etc… none of which I have ever done. I do not play on Sisi and haven’t even logged onto it since 2014. I have submitted a ticked on the matter.

How long can I expect to have my account penalized for reasons I do not know and did not even know were on my account? I am active with both of my accounts nearly every day and do not understand why there are restrictions on my paid account/s. Any insight or information you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Contact security team… ccp wont answer you here and nobody can help you.

Thx, Geo. I have contacted them but the security team, as mentioned in every bit of literature I’ve been able to find, is notorious for either not answering or taking a very long time to do so. Hopefully this gets cleared up reasonably quickly.
