My question is the following; I was wondering where these are are actually seeded?
Now I have found seed-offers even in Jita itself but all of them had weird pricing differences which made me think that these might actually vary region/sec-status wise. Is that a thing? Or are the different prices between a “capital construction parts BPO” and a "capital jump bridge array BPO actually just weird leftovers from bygone times?
