Capsuleer Day Combat Event sites on Sisi?

I’ve jumped through about 20 systems and dont see the capsuleer day event sites on sisi? Is this intentional?

I don’t know about today, but yesterday you did not had the option to pick a side for the event from the agency window on sisi. This tells me that is not available, haven’t found any of the combat or data sites there.
