Caracal fits for L2 Missions?

I’ve been doing L1 missions for a while now, and have recently got enough standings to do L2s. Would these fits work for L2 missions? The first one is the bare minimum, just using T1 modules- I’ll replace these with whatever non-civillian module is cheapest. The third one will need a few weeks of training before I can use it.

You’ll be fighting a lot of frigates out there, a RLML caracal or a railgun moa is highly recommended.

passive tank and omni-resists are easy and safe , but you’ll get better performance from active-tanking using npc-specific resists . mission npc usually shoot one primary and one secondary damage type ; guristas is primarily kinetic . heavy missiles won’t apply as well against smaller ships , but the greater alpha more than makes up for it .
