Casinos & Orbital Farms

Introduce Upwell SMALL Casino structures that can be anchored in any low or null (or J-space) system. A corp operates the casino, and anyone can dock and clone and play games in the casino. House advantage set at 3%. The payment is in Chips, which can be bought at the station but only be traded back to ISK in certain regional systems authorized by the Gaming Commission. So if you win, you have to move your chips. If you’re the casino operator, you have to physically move chips. And if you get blapped, the chips drop at 80%. This creates a massive isk sink to slow the economy and inflation, while giving new pvp options. The stations auto-aggress any flashing pilot in range, allowing casino customers at least a chance to escape. Like ESS bank robbing but with less organization and more fun. Possible mobile app tie in for docked pilots. Also, “well rested” bonus to any pilot who has docked at a casino within 15 minutes.

Orbital Farms would be another small Upwell structure, anchorable in any system. Players of a mobile–app based farming simulator generate farm products. The products then have to be bought and sold on the app market (which links to the in-game market) as a T1 (crops) T2 (processed foods) product for use in-game on new ships and stations and other game play. Each section of space could have different demand for different products–fish in Caldari and frog in Gallente, for example.

No casinos no gambling.
