If only his cat could speak
I wonder what the shower curtain looks like? I bet the claw marks speak volumes.
No claw marks on the curtain or myself. I told him to be still and that it was for his own good. He would have preferred not to shower, but he listens to me. That’s why I’m on the shower duty and not my friend.
He’s fine:
I’d tell my cat “Pick a window - you’re leaving”
Actually , I wouldn’t have to as my cat knows that I am amazing.
It depends on who in the household the cat bonds to. There are 3 humans and 2 cats in my house. The male responds to the other male human and the female responds to me. My wife, the poor thing, doesn’t get the responses we do. If one of the cats had bonded to her, it would be a different story. They still do respond to her and they clearly love her- it’s just a bit more with their preferred human.
With cats, you get what you put in. Our cats are very attentive to us. They do communicate. My cat will let me know exactly what she wants. I’ll be on the computer and she’ll walk into my room and tap me on the leg letting me know she wants me to follow her. She does several human-like actions. I’m strongly considering giving her some speech buttons. Cats can indeed learn words. They’re very intelligent and very capable of love.
This is exactly why cats and humans first formed a bond. Humans were losing entire stores of food and cats were struggling to find enough food to survive. It was such an amazing pairing!
I’m very grateful for my cats. They help us in so many ways! The female looks after us humans in many subtle ways while the male patrols the house, opens and looks inside cabinets for invaders, and patrols the fence line.

To clean your cat :
-
put the cat shampoo in first, then the cat , close the lid and flush several times.
-
Ignore the noises the cat makes as it is actually enjoying itself.
-
Open all doors to the outside , stand well clear, then open the toilet lid.
-
Now you have a clean cat, will be dry in no time.
