Bengal breed isn’t related to the ancestors of domestic cats (unlike Egyptian Mau) since they’re cross-bred, but, personality wise, Bengals are serious cats not suit for unexperienced owners -they’re quite the troublemakers! Years ago, one of the things to consider when buying Bengal was how many generations it was from the original hybrid, because the first generations were quite feral and some breeders weren’t exactly honest about how home-fit where their kittens.
Doh, I would like the cute kittens arrayed on the stairs (animal photography skill: hero), but the handicapped cat is not fun at all.
