I would think that most of 0.0-seccers don’t care about high-sec and its stuff. New Players start in HS and mostly stay there until they are no longer new.

If you want to demonize a group, the best way is to just make vague accusations that are not backed-up with anything of substance.
What that post is actually about is to get MORE protection in HS…that is the end game. That is always the end game. It’s always boiled down to anti-ganking, anti-bumping or just anti-PvP in HS.
