not sure what you mean by “flagged” ; please enlighten me …
as i understand if you can’t cover the buy order , it will be cancelled .
Currently your buy order is cancelled if you can not cover it, but only when someone tries to fill the order. As long as nobody tries to sell to you the fake order remains on the market indefinitely even though it can not be completed.
My proposal is that if your wallet ever drops too low to cover a buy order it is temporarily flagged with a red highlight on the market and can not be interacted with by other players. This is a warning that the buy order is currently not available to be filled and should be ignored. But if you ever gain enough ISK to cover the order the flag is removed and it reverts to normal market behavior.
The reason I propose a flag instead of immediate cancellation is that the margin trading skill has uses outside of the scam and a flag leaves these uses intact while removing the scam from the game.
My experience was that you couldn’t even try to fulfill the buy order even though it was visible in the market.
Because not being a valid order, the sell screen would default to the next valid order, and if you tried to raise the price it would invalidate your immediate sell.
I plex 7 accounts on margin trading, don’t try to destroy my playstyle just because you don’t understand how it works.
