FW is my flag vs your flag and it’s hard enough motivating bitter vets to see that.
You can change tier all you want to be more rewarding, you could nerf the pve aspect of it entirely.
It’s not gonna force someone to stay in a plex. One plex rarely covers the cost of a fitted ship, so there’s definitely no reason to stay unless you want content. You stay long enough and you know the pilots, the corps, and that the punsiher/merlin warping in is about to tackle you for blob.
Even then, most people in a t1
ship are gonna do their best to run from triglavian cancer.
Yes there is solo content to be had, should probably post more videos and promote it.
Yes there is small gang.
But FW will always be about my flag vs your flag and will almost always require motivated players to create content.
FCs and Ceos create the best fw content and most heated wars/battles.
Without them there is always the guy/group in the plex deciding, should we take the fight or not.
Are you serious? Have you ever done FW before? A novice complex at Tier 2 militia status gives 10,000 LP. If you are smart, you can get 15,000,000 ISK for it. Considering that a novice plex takes 12 minutes to complete without interruption, a 2M frigate can replace itself 37.5 times in a perfect hour.
On topic, I have never had much problem with farmers in FW. Sure, there are plexers who leave when you show up. Sure there are Jackdaws and Dramiels and Bombers. The way I play is to o-plex all the time, but with a PvP ship. That way I make money and get fights simultaneously. Whenever there are more than 2 Amarrs in my system, I will pretty much always get a fight. I am loving FW, and personally don’t think it needs to be changed. LP stores are an important ISK sink, and the mission running and pleing draws more people into the warsone, which is LowSec after all.

Edit: My data might be a bit skewed. I do plex in some of the most active FW systems in the game, like Amamake, Kamela, and the Anka-Iesa-Uusanen-Sosala square.

Rarely was my keyword, the cost of a frigate and the cost of a cruiser, battleship, etc are different, not to mention the plex is split among members, that’s another factor, so that 10,000 payout might be SIGNIFCANTLY less depending on allied enemy activity.
If you fly with others, it definitely doesn’t payout high.

you fight the few amarr heroes that are there to pew pew and are making ■■■■ money
for us there is the farmers
im not saying all minmatar (spit) are farmers ofc
but there is no incentive to farm amarr
i just want a more balanced tier system for the teams to deter farmers and encourage equal pew on both sides

Yeah, it roughly equals out to the number of people who try to go for it.
I wouldn’t mind it if they removed T1 and T5 tbh.

Why they have allowed the citadel drops on opponents area ? Why they forbid dock up NPC station so ? Then why they complain about too much citadell dirtiyness in space and need to “fix” it with cores ect ? Lol
Thats what most of us who think cores are dumb point to with CCPs reasoning.

no , you need to reduce the payout a bit
and balance the payout between the 2 teams
once amarr and minmatar made a deal and killed a LOT of BOTS
with 2 strong teams and the payout a bit lower we can destroy the farmers
He and others won’t be swimming in isk but will be producing salty tears for you to collect when they literally cannot find any open plexes not camped. 
would be even funnier to get a large fleet of same militia to gank him too

First question the average Rookie asks in Rookie Help is how to make billions of ISK fast and easy, and sadly there are more than enough veterans hanging around in there happy to tell them the quickest, easiest, most AFK, low effort, least risk ways of doing so. And so it continues to become more and more ISK Online.
Rookie Help is the gateway into EVE for fresh meat but it mostly teaches new players a) how to avoid risk and b) how to get rich.
I can go a whole day and not make any ISK at all. It’s not my driving factor, but it seems to be for many, many players.

weird thing is … feels or seems like CCP wants it that way … because if you try to bring different perspective… you just got punished …
Im more poundering with the question for some time now… WHY they want this…? Why they are constantly shooting their own feet… what is a greater good in that ? What we poor lack of hollistic and broader view limited intelligence insignificant sub beings who play this game cannot see
