Salvos wants to talk about this and he seems to have a strong feeling on what goes on in null-sec. It’s only fair to poke him for it and to ask questions. When he cannot answer them nor doesn’t want to then he doesn’t have an interest in being understood, but wants to stir trouble.

Not at all. But why then care for some silly comment on your mental health when you rather want to have this conversation. I, too, want to have this conversation and I, too, want to understand what goes on in Salvo’s mind and why he thinks we need what he suggests.

My impression is that Salvos is just upset that somewhere in EVE people might be having more fun than him. He seems to be working from a very limited understanding how the various ecosystems in EVE interact.
He complains about CCP favoring large nullsec blocs, and his solution would be to deny insurance in non-NPC nullsec. A solution which would vastly favor well-established mega coalitions.
