Plex is much better as it’s tied to RL money. A darn cosmetic is not.

No point to discuss if ccp could do this or not, the point is in trust. That’s why i don’t stock any of these “unique” packs etc. in numbers (just a few for quick resale) - no trust. The recent example was just a few months ago with Gilded Predator skins for eve anniversary which were rereleased in just one month after initial sale

It’s not a secret for any trader, but i’d say that there’s a ~2 weeks of spike sale before any update affecting such items

But i think you’re all missing most important thing - if ccp is doing that they must’ve been really desperate. It’s a 4th time of extractor 1+1 sale. Thanks not in a plex affecting way this time (it was the main reason of plex spike from 3.5 to 5kk). Discontinuation of win7 support. Yeah, this may be just 1%-3% of players, but these are the most old and loyal players, some of wich are community-drivers.

I am an optimist. I believe CCP is going to keep that pretty exclusive. I like to believe physical property holds more value than a pixel skin.

I would say at this point pretty much every trust about them making anything “limited” is out of the window and with that any attached value or meaning of this items.
It’s all just skins and you should assume they rotate trough them in the cash shop no matter how you got them.
At least that kills all the FOMO. You can always get those skins later, none of them are in any way special anymore.

It was and still is a dream ship since the AT it came from (2010?..memory is hazy).
But…I’d not spend even $20 for a ship that never leave jita 4-4 really. Since to kill a freki would have even some carebears be a ganker/pirate that one time… I’d give actual use of the freki maybe 2 hours. I am sure some discord would report one of my Chars running levels 2’s by hek to have some really want to find me.
