Can we please get a easy to build and cheap version of the Vigil That cant be targeted and can light a cyno that cant be jumped to. Maybe it can use a very small amount of fuel. This is the way we show respect to fallen players and in support of friends. It is very disrespectful when an enemy comes in and kills your cyno vigils. The ship doesnt need to be able to fit anything else just a special cyno module.

I get where you are coming from, but a ship that can’t be targeted is prone to quickly being abused for other purposes.
Being immune to being targeted would also not save you from bombs and smart bombs (no need to target with these), as the cyno will make you stationary.
Industrial Cynosural Field Generators can be fitted to Ventures and Haulers. Sadly the Venture can only light one cycle because it’s small cargo hold, but it’s enough for the symbol, I think.
Alternatively, here is an example for a strongly tanked Sigil. Depending on your skills, it can withstand over 500 dps (improvable with t2 rigs) in passive shield regeneration. Often that can be enough to cycle down the Cyno module and tether/dock/warp.
