Hello everyone, are the Cerebral Accelerators received from Mastery Packs bought from EVE Online Store or NES Shop tradeable via contracts or by traditional trading in same station? Does anyone knows?
They apply immediately when you redeem them.

Look at the item in the redeem window. There’s an icon if it applies directly to the character, and not one if it drops into that station’s hangar, where you can move and trade it from.
