I can’t launched my game. Something about certificate error. Came a popup window telling me “The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found http://binaries.eveonline.com/evelauncher_win_release.json”
Reinstalling the game still give me the same issue.

@Asura_Kai and @Xochitl_Balam: Please send us support tickets with screenshots and launcher logs. Do you also get an error in the launcher on cis.eveonline.com/EVE/agreements/ or have you got such an error in the past on your computers?

I sent a screenshot with a ticket regarding connection issues previously
Ticket submitted. FYI, only my old PC running Win7 Pro facing this problem. My latest gaming laptop is working fine.
It’s a known issue; you need to apply a special update from Microsoft to update intermediate certificates. KB3004394 I believe it is.
