The Rokh.
It will always have a soft spot in my heart. It was my first ship (back when I wanted be a miner and a mining fit Rokh was actually surpisingly viable until I could skill into a barge - back before the days of injectors). Also a quite capable missioning ship, espcially for sniping (if you want to hit something in the next system over, accept no substitute!).
Sadly, like the rest of the tier 3 battleships (Rokh, Hyperion, Tempest and Abaddon) it has fallen somewhat behind all the new shinies (Trigs, Navy and Pirate faction battleships, etc.). I hold out hope that these fabulous beasties will one day get a remaster/revamp or T2 version (maybe a Command Battleship, or even a T2 Logistics Battleship) - something that gives them a niche so that a new generation can enjoy them (or at least better variants) again.

I think the best ship in Eve is the Loki…
Strategic Cruisers are basically an ‘All In One’ ship that can be quickly reconfigured for doing Combat, Exploration/Hacking and Covert Reconnaissance… While not bonused for it and certainly not a good use for it, Strategic Cruisers can also do a few other tasks if needed in a pinch, such as Transport and Mining… One of the best things about Strategic Cruisers is that Rigs can be changed / removed without being destroyed…
Another reason for picking the Loki is it’s the only Strategic Cruiser with a Defensive Subsystem that gives a bonus to both armor and shield tanking…
Course no need to mention the fact that I’m Minmatar…

Jack-of-all-trade.
Technically the Jovian ships, I guess, as they require no skill. But my favorite is the Probe.
