EVE Offline doesn’t even bother responding to these events now as they are just normal occurrences like belt rats landing.

Just tested - jumped from Kinakka into Martoh - no chat update (its empy).
Jumped back to Kin and then to Innia - chat updated as intended.
Then jumped back to Kin and to Martoh - not working again.
CCP fix it!
My local is partially updating but I’ve just had a bomber decloak on me in Onatoh and he was not listed in local. Some people passing through are showing up and others aren’t.
